Who we are

60Seconds (60seconds.io) provides white-label trading software. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you give us when you use the chat to ask a question or request a demo: your messages and our replies, your email address, the product you are interested in, the page and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) of your visit, and the country your request comes from. We do not store your IP address with your chat.

Why

To reply to you, arrange a demo, and improve our answers and products by reviewing what visitors ask. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

If you request a demo or an email reply, your chat is sent to our team with your request so they can prepare. Chat history is deleted automatically 90 days after your last message. Demo requests are kept only as long as needed to follow up on them.

AI chat

Chat answers are written by an AI model from Anthropic (Claude). Your messages are sent to Anthropic to create the reply.

Analytics and cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites. This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookies page.

Third parties

Fonts and scripts are served from our own website, except Cloudflare's analytics and bot-check scripts. If you pick a demo time, the booking is handled by Cal.com and Google Calendar, and we save the booked time with your chat. Our website and chat run on Cloudflare, which stores the chat history and keeps standard server logs. Chat replies are created by Anthropic, as described above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. This includes your saved chat.
